What is Graded Stock? Graded items, sometimes called "seconds" or B grade stock, are brand new items that have been returned to the original manufacturer. Graded items are not factory seconds or inferior goods in anyway. They are simply items which have been returned either unopened or under retail outlets 28 days no quibble returns policy. The items may be returned for one of the following reasons: Customer simply did not like/want item and returned after a few days.
