This is my son's bed. It is in excellent condition but he is too big for it! It comprises a desk with a bookcase which extends out leaving a good desk area with space for a chair and more storage shelves under the desk. An extra shelf is fitted at the top level which is great for alarm clocks or night lights. The sofa/futon pulls out and the cushion unfolds to make a great sofa bed which is great for sleepovers. Comes with couch that also pulls out into a additional single bed for sleepovers. The desk moves out fully (not in pics) so a desk chair can be placed and the table used for homework. There is a book shelf and storage shelves underneath the desk too. The bed fits a full size single mattress (not included). My daughter is now ready for a bedroom makeover so this has to go. The whole unit is functional and clean. There is and optional shelf that has been removed as damaged but can be refitted and fixed. I may do this by the time the bed is sold.
