Steampunk Watch Cufflinks - vintage watch cuff links (set #29) Watch Movements Size - 0.75 x 0.63 x 0.2 inches (19 x 16 x 5 mm) (1.9 x 1.6 x 0.5 cm) Color - Silver Toned Watch Movements, Silver Toned Cufflinks ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- These are interesting watch movements. As you can see, a few of the gears are mounted on the outside of the face plate thus making these a relatively delicate piece.  These low jeweled watches do not have intricate face plates, instead they are rather barebone. Another interesting feature is the copper plate holding one of the gears intact (this is the only piece that has a tint of color, everything else here is silver toned).  One of these copper plates is more weathered than the other. These are not "shiny" watch cufflinks.  Personally I find these very appealing, their aesthetics are the epitome of "industrial." The entire backs of these pieces are enveloped in a high gloss clear resin to further strengthen the bond (between the watch & cufflink) as well as to offer the exposed watch backs a protective coating against the elements. Unique handmade little watch-part filigree steampunk ring, adjustable sizes 6-10

This is a unique, hand-made ring from the New York artist Blue Bayer, bought through Etsy. These rings are no longer for sale. This ring fits just about everyone. The band has no gap at size 6. The filigree band is a classic stamping that an industrious southern lady decided to thicken and manufacture in the US. The watch part is silver soldered to the band (not glued). The artist used a ladies wrist watch movement from the the 's to 's. It still has the red rubies in the gear points. He has used a stock of movements and the piece pictured may be a little different from the piece pictured in the first four promotional photos. See the last two photos for the actual piece.. Although there are plenty of people selling rings like this one here, this ring stands out because 1) the band is thicker and nicer, 2) the watch movement is not just epoxied on, but soldered and then polished, and 3) these were made to order, one at a time, and comes with the original gift box.
