We have enclosed decking and a veranda at the rear of the caravan. It has all the mod cons that you could want (full fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, hoover etc....) all you need to do is take your own bedding and towels. The views are lovely. One side is the town and the estuary and the other side is a sea view. The veranda is situated at the back of the caravan so you can enjoy a meal / drink without being overlooked.  It is located at the top of Devon Cliffs so is very quiet.
