WANTED: Grazing Land / Stables

Hi there. I'm looking for a small - medium amount of grazing land. The land should ideally have water and electricity but this is not essential. The land will be used to house our small herbivorous/grazing pets (rabbits, chickens, etc). Grass quality is not so important as we will be bringing forage in for the animals. The most important thing is that the land is secure and there is NO public right of way. We will need to erect fox proof enclosures for the animals. The land must be available to us 24/7 without restrictions. There must be reasonable vehicle access for deliveries, etc. I do not mind sharing the land, within reason.
