***update on advert*** turns out the prop shaft has been bent slightly and will need straightened or replaced, engine is fine otherwise. And gearbox also fine. Owner of the yard where're it is stored(Balloch) has said a local engineer charges £80 to straighten, or an easier method also suggested by owner of boat yard is to replace gearbox completely with a second hand one that should be available for under 200 and far less work than taking out prop shaft to straighten. For sale is my 16ft ring phantom speedboat. Selling as I don't have the time for her anymore The boat is in an amazing condition, just had a full re-spray. She comes with stereo and 4 speakers, nav lights, depth sounder/gauge, speedo, set of oars, set of warps, fenders, anchor with rope and chain, 2 bucket seats up front, 2 foldable seats at back, fuel tank, new battery and a bespoke cover. It comes with a trailer which is only good for a boat yard, it's going all rusty currently has a flat tyre and of course is t road worthy. Selling my speedboat that has just managed to breakdown on me, was running fine until i started to play with it when on the trailer and even managed to get the outboard stuck in the downward drive direction so anyone that does want to look at it bear this in mind when trying to tow it away! 15' fletcher speed boat in with Johnson 70hp outboard with less than 100 hrs use () all on a rollercoaster 3 trailer- the simplest, easiest launching trailer ever, all in great condition. Always kept covered when stored and properly serviced and winterised however little we used it. Comes complete with cover although it is a little tired, swivel front seat, bench seat in rear, locking storage in front, fuel tank, keys, 2 bungs and engine handbook. It will however need a new battery. I also have water skiis, a ringo and a wakeboard and all the necessary ropes etc available seperately.
