Specialized road bike for sale - good condition

I bought this bike on the cycle to work scheme in and used it to commute to work for just over a year. I've kept it in good condition, cleaning it and getting it serviced regularly. I've now bought a new bike on the cycle to work scheme and don't use my Specialized anymore. I love it, but it's going to waste by sitting and looking pretty in my house rather than being out on the road! I'm selling the bike for £450. I would go lower, but I need to pay off the cycle to work scheme first, in order to sell it, which will cost me around £180. After calling up the cycle to work scheme, I understand that although I've fully paid my company for the bike, selling it as it is now would be cheating the system a bit due to the cuts you get by not paying tax on it - so it's only right I pay for it in full before selling it off. Long story short - I'm selling it for £450!:)
