The market is now at the base of a growth curve and primed for a decade of growth and prices are only 50% of what they were in . All potential syndicate members will be introduced to existing members prior to registration in order to instill confidence in our venture. All members will be required to formally register by signing our Syndicate Agreement. Members can leave the syndicate after 3 years if they wish and take the full cash value of there investment at that time. However continued participation would be wiser!
