The Spalding Dressage Brittanica Pennine Saddle is built on quarter cut back laminated spring tree with a scrumph leather seat and soft "Airflow" kneepads. The full grained leather flaps and skirts are made from specially treated saddle leather producing a thick but ultra soft finish that is instantly rideable and allows maximum contact for the lower leg. The wool flocked French type panels have a wide channel and an extended weight bearing area. The "Vee" web fulcrum girth and point strap ensure maximum stability, and the knee pad is of a blocked type fitted shape to the roll. This designed to give the rider the feel of a much larger roll. Lovely brown leather dressage / cub saddle girth, made by a local saddler and only used a few times. It's been in storage, forgotten about, so I've put neatsfoot oil on it, and it's nice and supple. Small amount of rust on the buckles, but nothing that stops it being used. Approximate measurements: end to end 25.5 ins, buckle end to buckle end 20 ins. ****************** Please note that payment is required within 5 days I always obtain proof of posting, so please contact me if you have not received your purchase within a reasonable timescale.
