Everything should be working, however one of the faders has fallen off which renders that channel strip unusable. Comes with power supply but no user guide, however a user guide can be accessed online for free. Soundcraft Delta DLX Mixer

Highly modified Soundcraft Delta DLX modules in custom 11x2 frame. Although originally built for film & video production, this mixer would be perfect for any music studio. All modules have had the full upgrade conversion by Jim Williams at Audio Upgrades AudioUpgrades. The mic pre's, EQ, Auxs, Master section, etc.. have high-end, high speed op-amps and top quality caps & resistors. Mixer has 11 channel strips (odd number) because it's custom frame needed to be a specific width to fit on a industry standard motion picture sound cart, one that can fit through doorways. The first eight channel strips have been modded with external PRE-POST switches for 3 of it's 6 aux sends. Internally, the other 3 auxs can be switched via jumpers plugs (per OEM design). Mixer has a switchable (2) chan. stereo audio return (and input jacks). Mixer has a handle on the bottom which makes it easy to pick up & carry. On it's left side, it has recessed 1/4" jacks for headphones, and for T/B (talk back) mic. On the mixer face is a press-to-talk T/B button (audio slate + boom comm). This mixer can power from it's custom built, high output, super quiet power supply (has vents, NOT fans), or external 12 volt battery power (for location film & video production sound). The internal DC-DC power supplies for 12volt powering, and +48v phantom mic power are made by Vicor (top quality, military spec power converters). Pic #5 shows the external 12v battery power XLR-4 pic power jack, which is the industry standard in the film & video production sound world. A 12v wall-wart power supply is also included that can power it's (3) BNC Little-Lights jacks (lights not included).
