Deluxe Lotus Belle Tent, 1 and a Half years old, selling due to building something more permanent.

Deluxe Lotus Belle tent bought may . I am wanting to sell it now as am building something more permanent. It has been up all summer and been in the weather so has developed a small amount of mould which can easily be treated. I have been treating it with Algon patio cleaner to keep the Algae at bay. This happens when the tent has been up for some time in all weathers. There is a tiny bit of wear and tear but nothing serious. It is vernally in excellent. We have been using it in a very exposed area and I have used a porch to prevent any leaking during strong winds and rain. The velcro and netting which helps to keep the bugs out has two tiny holes from when the wind has been blowing but is still in great condition considering. The tent has a zip in base which is convenient, also helping to keep the bugs at bay. I have just packed it up so if anyone would like to have a look at it before I store it please ring me as soon as possible. Lovely Sue Carson saddle, 17", in very good condition.  Wonderfully comfortable for both rider and horse.  About 4 years old, always been regularly checked by Sue Carson-trained fitter twice a year.   Was bought and used for a 15.3hh  Irish TB gelding.  Medium fitting.  Forward cut, GP, Jump, Event, Hunt.  Very smart, dark brown with caramel piping around seat.   Small stain on the seat (see pic 2) but obviously doesn't show when mounted.   Saddle has been regularly cleaned and oiled and leather is in very good condition, all stitching secure.  A wonderful saddle.
