Boat has cascade kicker; controls for kicker, outhaul and downhaul are led to both side decks. The original traveller car has been replaced by one with fitted cleats. This makes for ease of adjustment and no uncomfortable cleats to sit on. Included in the sale is a West Mersea combi trailer in good condition. Wheels have been replaced recently. Up for sale is my Solo Sailing Dinghy with composite hull and wooden deck. Comes complete and ready to sail, needs nothing. Has an excellent cover and will come with an additional two spare sails, spare rudder and spare centreboard. Weighs exactly 70KGS and I has been raced successfully up until last year. We have owned this boat for 5 years and had great fun in her but failing knees mean that we didn’t use her last year so, regrettably, she has to be sold. Shown in picture ghosting up to the Yacht Club slipway one evening after an enjoyable day. She has been used for family and solo sailing, not raced other than in the occasional fun regatta. She has a nice stable intermediate design: exiting but not too extreme. The PE3 hull construction is durable and needs zero maintenance other washing down after a sail. There are two useful screw-down dry hatches in which you can put your lunch, car keys etc ready for a break. She is in excellent condition with no significant dings or scratches on hull or topsides and comes complete with:- Galvanised road trailer + lighting board with easy piggyback launching trolley. Original RS cover which allows for the boat to be stored mast up or down. Mylar slab reefing, battened Main with roller furling Jib. Sail area 12.2m2 All blocks, sheaves, running and standing rigging in sound condition. It also has a removable outboard bracket – should you feel the need or maybe want to take it up river for some lunchtime refreshment. 4.6m LOA, 1.75m Beam. Suit 1-3 Crew or Family of 4.
