It is a high loft sleeper single pine bed, originally bought to make the most out of a small room, but our son doesn't like sleeping up high so replacing! It is in good condition - a couple of scuffs on the wood from being in a boys room - but as solid pine these will probably sand out - will include photos soon. The bed has been constructed with the ladder fitted to the right hand side. The rungs are flat and wide making getting in and out easy on the feet. The bed comes with a single mattress, it has two access ladders (one you cannot see as I was unable to use due to space), a desk area, a chair, and a single futon which pulls out into a single bed sleeping area.
