Oak table and chairs for sale My husband bought this table from West Yorkshire County Council when he worked for them in the s, although it's from the West Riding County Council days so it's at least 40 years old. It is 5 feet x 3 feet (150 x 90 cms) in size and has three drawers each side. The drawers aren't all a perfect fit, he had to take what he could when he bought the table. There are some gouges and cuts made by idle hands long before my husband bought it but we have never thought they have detracted from it. The table has been stripped, dipped and varnished and has taken everything thrown at it in the three houses it's been in. Unfortunately it's not suitable in our fourth house and so is for sale.
