AGA Solid fuel cooker. in Grimsby
We have reluctantly decided to part with our Solid Fuel AGA Cooker which has been part of our home for the last 17 years, and been in use every winter from November to March for cooking and heating during that time. The AGA was in the bungalow when we bought the property, and was indeed a major factor in our buying decision. AGA cookers are absolutely amazing to cook with and extremely versatile to use,as any AGA owner will tell you. It is in very good condition considering it's age, (AGA's are built to last a lifetime) with the odd chips in the enamel and the usual burn marking round the hobs.It will need a new flue pipe when reinstalled, which cost around £ a meter. Why are we selling it? We are both in our senior years with some limited mobility, and not able use it to it's full potential. These are wonderful to have in a home, always keeping the kitchen warm and cozy, and always ready to boil the kettle, cook or bake. An AGA today would cost well over £, so if you like the idea then this could be for you. The buyer would have to arrange for dismantling and removal of the AGA.
