Nice 2 berth van which has had damp but it is now dry and tidy with some of the wood replaced. There is no gas oven but it does have a microwave built in and gas hob. The hot water boiler has not been tested but is believed to be working. Water is via an on-demand pump. Maximum weight is Kgs, Approx 800 Kgs empty. Internal length is 3.78 Meters. Overall length is 5.47 meters width 2.13 meters It comes with a small battery, which is fine if you are on hook up. Has a full awning, weather cover and access step included. All internal window trims have been replaced and new carpet has also been laid. It has a Thetford cassette toilet, curtains, blinds and flyscreens with a gas heater. There are some plates, pans and cutlery on board along with potable and grey water containers. I am also leaving the articulated tv bracket and Pioneer stereo. The gas bottle is in the front storage box, the spare wheel in the rear box.
