THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL TWO SEAT SOFA-BED IN ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE CLEAN CONDITION. It features a two-seat sofa in an attractive retro styling with brocade fabric covering. Lift off the cushions and open the base of the sofa which folds out to become a steel-framed sprung double bed complete with proper mattress (not using the seat cushions). It bears an upholstery fire safety approval label (see photo). There is NOT A MARK on the upholstery or mattress, the bed section and mattress have only been used a few times. New it cost nearly £. It is ideal for a living room as a very comfortable spare or guest bed, and the modern-retro style and colour scheme will compliment most interior design. It is easily accessible in Eastwood, near Southend-on-Sea, Essex for inspection and collection. I am open to sensible offers.
