This item is approx 2 years with 4 chrome feet. I live on the third floor but wide staircase and item can be carried in two pieces. I have no need or room for the sofa bed anymore. One of the chrome feet needs a little attention at the screwing in part (not very diyish so cant describe this too well but its very minor). It comes with 2 end cushions, a separation arm amd two bowls (perfect for snacks when watching films!). Suits kids, teens, younger adults.
