A small starter flock for sale - a lovely registered Soay Ram called Gillian and 5 ewes. We have had to downsize and therefore we no longer have the right amount of land for the flock. Gillian sired 6 healthy lambs this year and they will be separated early August from which point the flock will be ready to leave. They are lovely sheep and I will be sad to see them go. They are all very friendly and will come to the bucket. Gillian loves a cuddle and fuss too. Great starter flock and easy care and the sheep shed their wool so no shearing required. We have a small flock of Soay sheep for sale consisting of 4 ewes of 4 yrs of age(some produce twin lambs) and an unrelated 4 yr old ram plus 2 ewe lambs from this season. I have some unregistered soay ewes for sale. These are really great little sheep, who are all very friendly and love to see what you are doing. They are trained to come to the bucket. They are all still in breeding age, with their ages ranging from 2-6 years old. There is the option to run them with my ram, so they will have Soay lambs in the spring. They make great pets with massive character. The reason for sale is that these sheep were rescued from an unfortunate situation, due to an elderly owner. They have been with me for over a month now, and I have spent a lot of time with them, getting them used to human contact.
