It can be used both inside and out, rain, shine or snow under any stable or turn out rug. Use with the Turn Out Head on those disgusting days when you need to keep the mud at bay! Constructed of a fully breathable, robust, machine washable fabric and lined with a seamless, shiny fabric through the mane and shoulder. The Headless Hood is elasticated and adjustable around the top and cut extra long so it sits securely behind the ears even when the neck is extended down fully to graze. never used as a turnout it was used on one of our small show hunters to keep his coat from going "stary" at the shows.so much better that the full faced ones as you can just slip it on an off without taking of your bridle for warm up or at the ringside also  keeps plaits in place etc..like new again bar where when my daugher warmed up there are a few snags where the reins rubbed will update with pictures.

Navy blue, fitted at 15.2hh TB no longer required due to loss of horse. Some bobbling of material either side of zip on top part of neck due to rubbing from turnout rug (shown in picture) and some pulls on ears (from horses head being in hedge) does not affect hood. Classic snuggy Hood for indoor use I think as its the smooth material and to the best of my knowledge the outdoor ones are ribbed.  It fitted my 16.2 warmblood and I had ears sewn in as he got quite cold in his later life.  One of the ears is coming adrift, can be restitched or removed as new owner wishes,  Also a very small tear under one of the eyes which was repaired last year and might need an additional stitch, velcro has usual few hairs and hay attached. Inside is a silky lining so the mane does not rub too much and the zip is in perfect working order with all its teeth.  There is a pad under the chin where the zip finishes for comfort. These are very expensive new, it just does not fit the baby elephant
