This duvet is AMAZING! Pictured in large plastic bag from the dry cleaners - it is fresh and clean! Owner is leaving the country and would love to take it along - but this double duvet (the 9.0 Tog and 4.5 Tog button together) is so big and fluffy that it takes up too much space! Details from manufacturers Soak & Sleep (formerly DAPW): -80% Down, 240TC downproof casing -White Goose Down makes this duvet feel soft and puffy - like a huge marshmallow. The natural filling will draw away heat and moisture from your body as you sleep, so you'll wake feeling fresh as a daisy. -Ours is top grade - in fact, it's just a little too light - so it's necessary to use 20% goose feather. Wouldn't want that duvet floating off into space, eh? Feather & down duvets: our rules -The feather & down is hygienically treated before being covered in a 100% cotton case, then box stitched, which ensures that the filling remains evenly spread. These naturally breathable duvets are certified by Zeromite (the dust mite experts!). Finally every duvet is double-stitched and piped around the outer edges. -We've stuffed these duvets with 80% (that means a minimum of 75%) snow white goose down and 20% (or a maximum of 25%) feather. The feather adds a little bulk and weight, making a snugger duvet with a more definitive drape. They're cased in 100% cotton (with a 240 thread count) for a really luxurious finishing touch. The TOG indicates how much body heat will be retained by the duvet, depending how cosy you want to be. 4.5 TOG is a lighter duvet for summer, 9 TOG is a midweight option and 13.5 TOG is perfect for winter nights. The All Seasons set comprises a 4.5 TOG and 9 TOG duvet that can be snapped together to create a 13.5TOG. -- So, remember, you can use the lighter 4.5 TOG in the summer, the 9.0TOG in the spring and fall....and button them together to stay cozy in the winter. Owner looooooooved this (pricey) double duvet. Owner paid 200GBP plus shipping. While it shouldn't be necessary to write such a thing, here it goes: there are no stains or salvia marks or other unsavory items on this duvet. Owner travels extensively and is rarely at home in his own bed. SMH.....

Wonderfully luxurious and soft, this king size (225 x220cm) Goose Down duvet from The White Company is very warm (13.5 tog) and also very light. Weight of quilt is 625g per sq.m approx. The filling is 90% down and 10% feather. The casing is pure combed cotton down-proof cambric Currently the White Company are selling King size goose down duvets for £600 and £480 in their sale so this is very good value! It is unused and still folded in its original packaging, which is torn. The ten year guarantee wouldn't be usable as I don't have the receipt, however it gives an idea of the quality.
