A low numbered.38 police issue Smith & Wesson circa s/s. Can be cocked, dry fired and the cylinder swings out. Good clean crisp action. No putting to metal work. Grips are clean and smooth. A very fine example of a classic revolver. As per new spec regs, the hammer is clipped, the cylinder has a ring insert and the barrel blocked. It has a full cerification of deactivation. Note! This is fully UK legal! The revolver DOES NOT STRIP which means the cylinder CAN SWING OUT but not physically be removed fully from the frame! The April change to deac laws in the UK has not affected new spec deacts revolvers if they are as above. This is fully UK legal! As such, looking for £250 for this or trade for another deac revolver.
