Antique oak dresser of unusually small proportions. Pegged construction. Excellent condition and patina. I have owned this piece for over 20 years, previous to that it lived in an old house in Limington near Yeovil. It is believed to be 18th century. Height 82" Width 40" Depth 12". Good thick drawers with nice figuring and old brass drop handles and escutcheons probably original. One shelf inside cupboard. Unlike flatpack furniture this item is a solid piece and will never date and can be passed down through the generations. This is quite a beautiful piece which has been painted in Annie Sloan Paloma and glazed to add this vintage look. The base unit comprises of 2 cupboards with shelving in each for extra storage and 4 drawers with carved fronts. Top has been sanded down and re-stained in dark oak which compliments rest of the piece beautifully. The top unit has two opened shelves and two display cupboards with leaded glass doors. 5ft Pine Welsh Dresser, pot dresser with two drawers

This Solid pine Welsh dresser was made for me in the s by a local pine shop. It is 5ft wide. the base is open at the bottom, which is why it is a Welsh pot dresser with 2 drawers over. The base is 29.5" high, the top is 42" high. The base and top are not joined together at all, making it easier for transporting. The top of the base does have some water marks but to my mind this just adds to it's charm, Only selling because we have changed our taste in decor and this no longer fits with our design.
