I'm trying to find a small dog for my grandparents. Preferably between 2 and 5yrs old. Must be good with other dogs and children and have a good temperament! My grandad has Alzheimer's and it helps to have a dog around. If your looking for a good home for your dog right away, we can provide that! The dog must also be able to travel as my grandparents live in the country, so there is also plenty of space and regular walks available! Dachshund is wanted to provide day to day company for my grandparents. My grandfather has Alzheimer's and my grandmother takes care of him. We have always had dogs, both big and small! We have a secure garden and go for walks every day. I (granddaughter) am around regularly to help with care of the dog. My grandparents live in the countryside with plenty of places for the dog to enjoy. We are looking for a dog between 2 and 5 years preferably, but it doesn't really matter.
