Teddy... 12.2hh... 9yo... bay.... gelding. Is looking for a small ish rider to keep him in regular work as my daughter is only 5 so is obviously limited to what she can do with him. Where as i think he would benefit from having someone to have fun on him rather thane just lunge him a few times per week. He has so much to give, and is a lovely cheeky chap which is why id rather find him a bigger rider that can have fun with him till my daughter gets abit bigger, rather than sell him and find a smaller/ quieter pony when he is everything we would want but in a year or two. He was bought as a jumping pony although as my daughter is only 5. This isnt something we have done with him, although he gets very excited when jumping on the lunge and when we pass the showjumping ring at shows. We have mainly used him for lead rein games. Which he took in his stride as he hadn't seen any of the equipment before. He loves to please and is a shame for him to be bored for the next few years when there could be some little rider that he could prove his potential with. He has known to throw the odd cheeky bronk here and there but nothing a confident rider couldn't handle. Hes stabled at my in laws home in the hinckley area, where there is only him and my other daughters pony. The opportunity to take teddy to local shows, paid for by me is also there as its experience for him too.
