Goes in and out of gear but can't rotate the shaft. This is reflected in the low price. These engines are extremely robust and long lived and despite being old I believe all parts are still available from specialist suppliers at reasonable cost. Not sure of the power but believe these engines were mainly hp. May be possible to confirm from the engine number.
