Skandika Nimbus ii XXL Family (12-man) tent is a massive family tent weighing in at only 38kgs, it will give you an amazing 40 square metres or 430 square feet of surface area along with a height of over 2 metres. Most importantly it has room for 12 people so no matter how large your family is there will be plenty of room for all including those members of your family who are on the tall side. There is no need for crawling around with this beauty. It is strong and sturdy when pitched and will remain that way even when the wind gets up. As you will be able to see from the map the tent has several sections each capable of taking a number of people. There is a central area which can be used as the living area during the day and a sleeping area at night or alternatively can be used as the living area full time with the additional pods being the sleeping areas. The size of this tent gives you real flexibility. The front side of the ten which appears in the map as a grey line can be moved so the entrance becomes part of a much large living area. The poles of this tent are both flexible and shatterproof made of fibre glass. The tent material is designed to allow in the air making it breathable even when it is sealed up. Tent is in excellent condition and is less than 12 months old. It has only been used 3 times. There are a few mud marks on the tent which can be easily wiped off. There are no tears or rips in the tent. Only reason for sale is that it is to big for our family of 4. This would be ideal for a larger family or for groups for Festival goers. The tent is sturdy when pitched and remains stable even in high winds. The entrance is your sunroof. With an awning for barbecues or just sitting down to relax.
