These are much-loved vintage/antique dining chairs in very good condition for their (uncertain) age. They are obviously old but have no damage or significant scratches to spoil their appearance We have owned them since when we bought them in Germany and have enjoyed having them. We are only selling it as they will not fit in our home in the future. These six matching chairs are upholstered in a tapestry style hunting scene fabric and are carved attractively. You are welcome to come and see the chairs here in Macclesfield. They come from a non-smoking and pet-free home. Please note hey are available for collection only. Beautiful Painted Dining Table And Six Upholstered Chairs

Stunning French Style dining set for sale Beautifully Carved Detail To The Table Legs & Matching Chairs The table top has been stripped, sanded and waxed with a good quality furniture wax to show off the beautiful pattern in the graining of the mahogany veneer, this also gives protection to the wood but care still needs to be taken to avoid marking. The table base, legs and skirt have been painted in Laura ashley Pale Dove Grey Eggshell which is a lovely soft grey that compliments the fabric on the chair seats. The paintwork has also been waxed to give further protection. The table seats six comfortably but would easily seat eight when fully extended, this can be done by adding the two separate leaves. The chairs have been painted in the same Laura Ashley Eggshell and covered with Ironwork Scroll fabric in Dove Grey from the Laura Ashley range. Measurements approximate Table: 68.5" long extending to 88.5" x 42.5" wide x 31" high Chairs: 42" high x " wide x 18" deep. PLEASE NOTE This dining set is a pre owned set that is in good used condition but as with all used furniture it shows some signs of use from its previous life, this I feel only adds to its charm and character. There are a couple of places on one of the extention leaves where the veneer has worn and one place on the edge of the table is worn slightly but this is hardly noticable and does not affect its use.
