Hand Crafted Vintage Snuff Box, Silver Plated, Unusual,

Presented for sale is a beautiful silver snuff box. I believe it dates to around the 60s. The box is hand crafted with hinged lid; diameter, at the widest point, c. 2.75". Based on the fact, despite research, I only ever found one similar snuff box it is arguably quite rare. It is clearly a quality item. It is in excellent vintage condition, baized in black on the underside, and weighs over 186g (very weighty for its size). It makes an excellent display piece and could be used as a small trinket/ring/earrings' box. Materials: I think it is silver plated but there are no marks clarifying this so it could be another metal/finish. It is filled giving it its weight.
