Under the 6 months warranty given with each appliance we will provide an engineer or swap for another of the same appliance if the item breaks down. If you picked up the item from us then you are responsible for bringing it back in the event of an exchange-if it was delivered by us then we are responsible for picking the item up for exchange. General wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. We do not cover loss of food and will not accept any claims for loss-we advise that the contents are insured and regularly checked.
