(6months approx. October to May) Contracted share agreement. 5 mornings a week or 3 full days. Weekends negotiable. Must be reliable and sensible and confident rider. Own transport is essential – not expected to come on bad winter days (as roads get really bad) Blue stays in throughout winter although is allowed to go into the school for a leg stretch. Blue is very gentle boy but does need a strong hand. He’s good to catch, with farrier, with vet, good to groom and rug and lead from place to place. Blue has a very cheeky character and doesn’t lack in personality. Local to Leek preferred. Riding: Must be confident at riding (not novice). All school work but introducing new things. Blue is a 14.2hh gelding, Blue and White Cob type. 8 years old. Blue is very gentle boy but does need a strong hand and a confident person around him. He’s good to catch, with farrier, with vet, good to groom and rug and lead from place to place, good in traffic and out on the road with company, doesn’t hack alone as he naps. Good to school doesn’t nap in the school unless there is a person standing on the ground. He is good in the stable but prefers to be in with other horses around. No other vices from those stated.
