I have a heavy weight turnout rug with a neck, by Shires. It has never been used and still has a labels on, although the bag is ripped. It is in the a light blue colour.  Shires tempest 300 heavy weight rug with neck in excellent condition no tears or rips buckles are rust free as it was only bought in april this year and has only been used a couple of times it has been kept indoors so its in a reasonably good clean state there is a little dirt on the inside but could be easily cleaned  UK bidders only please !!!!!!!!

Shires Tempest turnout rug, fixed neck, really cosy and heavy weight, a few small stitched repairs and one large patch near tail end, missing two plastic fixing clips from neck on one side, and leg straps (I maybe have leg straps somewhere...) but otherwise all good and strong. Note: you can fasten the neck by putting the straps through remaining plastic clip on other side, and doing a slip knot fine...) Size is 6'3" (it's just too big for my cob, have used it on her for last two winters... but have 6' now which fits her better, otherwise I would keep this rug) Bargain price, fir extra rug this winter?!
