We have on offer a couple of shetland pony stables at small family-run farm quiet yard in Standish. We offer a unique full livery deal for shetland ponies/small ponies. This allows you to pay minimum price and have everything taken care of for you - straw, hay, turning out, bringing in etc for the right type of hardy pony. Would suit shetlands that prefer to live out and graze as much as possible 24/7 all year round. On the days that the weather conditions are too bad and stabling is required, we have special pony sized stables that will allow for two or three ponies to go in together if you like, or you can have your own separate stable if preferred. We quite simply love these little characters. As we have one shetland of our own, we are looking to encourage a couple liveries to come on with shetlands to give him some friends his own size. Restricted grazing can be arranged. Our pony gets ridden / walked every day and so he manages on lush grazing, but appreciate some shetlands are prone to getting fat/ lami.
