Shetland 535

I am selling my Shetland 535 (still in gelcoat) as i can no longer work on it due to my back condition. I bought this as a project last year and it still needs a few things doing to finish it off. When I bought it the engine was not pumping water even though it had a new impeller. I found the water channels to be completely blocked so it has had new head and exhaust plate gaskets. The engine runs and pumps water but after 15 mins it will cut out, so this needs to be fixed (i have been told distributor or condenser?). I have fixed the wiring and fitted new nav lights, it will come with a gps and fish finder. Trailer has leaf springs fitted, towed it 30 miles no problems and looks ok apart from surface rust.
