Good solid boat Shetland sea hawk 2+2 with a little fixing of the outdrive which is Enfield I have just replaced the swivel fork 300£ and a gaiter needs 2 minutes of welding literally and then turn her over she needs a charged battery and I'm sure the engine will fire but it's a project so I'm selling it as is you can find what the problem is this reflects in the price she is 23 feet long and atleast 6 foot wide she has a sink which isn't plumbed and she also has a seperate room for a small toilet, she also has space under the deck for a mattress all the electrics are in order for navigation and other power I can possibly rent her out for 300£ per month for a month and a half in advance so 450£ will give you a month and 2 weeks but after a month you pay 300£ again so you always have 2 weeks in front for example if you want to leave you have to give me 2 weeks notice and you don't pay anymore the 2 weeks can be used 1 for you removing your stuff and also for me to find another tenant, if you have any question don't hesitate to contact me.
