(Bike) Shed for sale
I put this shed up at my flat and have subsequently been told that it breaks thousands of management committee rules and regulations. So it has to go, quickly. It is a Larchlap shed that I have been using to store two mens' medium frame road bicycles, upright, with associated spares/tools/etc. It could also be used to store garden tools, plants, cheese, china dolls, whatever. It has one weird little angled shelf, installed by the previous owner I presume. It has a base installed. Its roof is felted and the felt looks in good nick, as does the rest of the shed. I've had it under a "porch", outside, and it hasn't leaked at all in the recent rubbish weather. Externally it measures 4'2" (across the edges of the eaves) x 3'2" (front to back) x 6'2" (ground to the peak of the roof) on the outside. Internally it measures large enough to store two mens' medium frame road bicycles, upright, with associated spares/tools/etc. It will come with the hasp and padlock seen in the photos. The hasp is screwed through the outside into the frame and the padlock is waterproofed. These are both from Wickes about 4 weeks ago, barely used. When I bought it second-hand about six weeks ago I tipped it into a short-wheelbase Transit van, intact, and just tipped it out at this end. This was really easy. I don't think it'll fit in an estate car intact. I am not going to dismantle it - I can help you do it but have no proper tools for this sort of thing. I also can't deliver. It would be ideal if it could be picked up tomorrow but certainly before Thursday next week, evening collection only, cash on collection preferred. I don't do a "best price, bruv". The price is the price, give me an offer if you like. Before you buy please make sure that you can afford it, you can pick it up, you can take it apart if you need to and that your tenancy / estate management rules do not preclude you from having a shed for many spurious and frustrating reasons...ta.
