Great all round 6yro chestnut mare Milly is a lovely lead rein pony and great second pony She is doing pony club, showing, cross country and hunted the season just gone. Leafy is looking for a new home! Could you help? Picks up all feet no problem, great for farrier, easy to groom and tack up. Just needs a rider the right size (we are all too big). Comes with saddle and bridle and lightweight turnout rug. He lives outside just fine, with a rug when it is zero or below. Likes company so should be kept with others. Good doer, comes to call, friendly little guy. Reason for sale is because we have a very young daughter and he is not 100% to be handled by such a young child. It's nothing an older child couldn't deal with, but she is too little. He can get a little bargy around food and if he wants all the cuddles. He has done a little bunny hop under saddle once, but other than that, this is a great little pony for someone to have lots of fun with. He is not spooky or nervous at all and is easy to ride, lunge etc. He has been in only light work for the last two months, as has no suitable rider to be doing any hard work with. Heartbreaking sale of our cheeky chestnut roan pony sonny who is now sadly outgrown. We have owned Sonny for just over 4 years. He is a fast, fun pony who can be strong and is therefore not a novice ride. Sonny is looking for a confident teenager/small adult to have fun with. Sonny has a good jump and is good to hack out, he goes to pony club and has been successfully shown. Has a lovely flashy trot. Has a slight mark on the side of his face from removal of an old sarcoid but this mark is covered by his bridle. This is reflected in the price.
