This solid pine farmhouse style dining table and chairs has been painted in a custom made country cream chalk paint. The finish has been distressed slightly to give it the popular shabby chic look. The table top has been stripped and sanded to reveal the beautiful natural wood grain. This has been protected with a flat matte varnish the chairs and table base have been waxed for protection. The chairs are a high back. The seat pads have been recovered in a luxurious chenille material in a light cream flower print colour that compliments the neutral palette perfectly. The table top also separates from the legs making it easier for transportation. This set has had a previous life and been so has picked up the odd knock along the way. However this only gives it a more authentic shabby chic feel. I am offering this on a collection basis only. Farmhouse Shabby chic table and 4 chairs

Here we have a Farmhouse Hand painted dining suite. The table has one extension piece so that it can be used in two different size options. A gorgeous set to seat the whole family and will definately be a focal point in any dining room. Sits up to 6 people comfortably. The set has been painted with Chalk Furniture Paint in Duck egg which is a soft,warm and neutral. The colour compliments almost all colour schemes. It has been waxed with clear wax for protection and durability. The table top has been beautifully sanded back to remove the old dark varnish and coated with danish oil. The table simply extends by pulling the table apart at both ends and adding the extensions pieces in the centre. Table top sits on two pedestals. The 4 farmhouse chairs in beautiful shape with nice details went the same preparation as the table.Painted in soft pastel grey. Overall this set has been refurbished to an excellent standard in our workshop. Please remember the table and chairs has had a previous life so will show very minor signs of use through out its life but this just adds to the character and charm of a shabby chic style set. This set along with all our pieces have been hand painted so may show signs of brush marks or the odd drip mark. It is not a factory spray painted finish so if this isn't to your taste then maybe shabby chic isn't for you. Please check through all our photos for detail.
