Beautiful little Serama cockerel, 5 weeks old

It is with great sadness I have to rehome my little black serama cockerel. I have had him since he was a day old and he is an absolute sweetheart. Completely tame, will run to you if you tap your hand on the floor and is more than happy to sit on you for cuddles. He is currently 5 weeks old and still living indoors in a brooder alongside the other chicks but he has been spending some time outside each day to build his tolerance to the temperature. Head is not yet feathered but body is. Absolutely beautiful colouring. Serama chickens are the smallest in the world. They come in many varieties, but silkied seramas are quite rare. They are also one of the friendliest breeds of chicken in the world and enjoy being handled. They also lay tiny eggs. I have 2 seramas for sale, one hen and one cockerel. They must go together as they get upset if they are parted. They have been hand reared and are used to dogs and cats. Please be aware that they are very small however so do not leave them alone with other larger animals. They have been indoors over the winter, please keep this in mind when considering where to house them if the weather is forecast to be cold. Being so small they do not need much space, a rabbit cage is big enough. They also need smaller than average chicken food, so layers crumbs rather than pellets.
