A Beautiful Selmer (Paris) rare MKVI ALTO Saxophone having silver keywork and gold lacquer body. The laquer is the original lacquer and shows signs of wear commensurate with its age but is in excellent condition. It has recently been repadded, serviced set up and regulated by the saxophone guru Steve Crow. It plays beautifully and has that wonderful Selmer MKVI tone. Selmer Mark VI Tenor Saxophone 98% Original Lacquer

I am the original owner purchased it brand new after high school. Regarding the sound, it has been tested by the pros and has the classic jazz tone. Ready to be played out of the box. The lacquer wear is on the contact points, and where the horn would be in contact with the right side of the player. This is not bad at all. There are also scratches where the neck strap connects. Please see in pictures. The neck is in excellent condition and is the original to the horn (matching serial numbers). The case is also in excellent condition.
