Black Section D Gelding

Tentatively advertising my Black Welsh Section D Gelding- sadly due to lack of time. He's 8yo 14.3hh and by Travallion Tomos. He's not a novice ride and has a huge character and being a typical Welshie- he is therefore not suitable for an inexperienced home. However I feel in a home where he is someone's best friend and regularly worked - he'll reach his true potential. He has stunning looks, movement and a scopey jump. Over the last 3 years I've done abit of everything- showing, WH,SJ & XC but just haven't had the time to dedicate to him with a full time job and 3 other horses. Welsh Section D Gelding 14.1 Black. Green WPCS passort 10 years old very sweet natured pony has mainly been used for hacking but he has done a bit of Pony Club. He has been hunting with the local Drag Hunt group and loved it. In the school he is green and will nap needs a confident rider to push him forward. Shadow - Thorneynewside Invinsable. 14.3hh Black Welsh Section D. 4 1/2 years old Sired by Thorneyside The Predator. I have made the decision to put my boy up for sale due to my loss of confidence in bringing on a youngster. He is a sweet loving boy, Rides & Drives and just needs bringing on. I ride him in a Hackamore and he isn't strong but will ride in a bit if required. The hackamore is my personal preference. Shadow has lovely action. Easy to load, good with farrier. Vaccinations, teeth and worming all up to date. Shadow was only castrated in September but has no stallion tendencies. Shadow can come with his full fitted tack and rugs or without. He's been backed over summer and ridden away for a month then left again to mature, he has done local and county shows always being in the placings. unfortunately due to very unforseen circumstances I am forced to sell my beautiful Welsh gelding. Elvis is a hh gelding Please read full ad before enquiring He is 10 years old and a forward going pony He would be a good pony club pony or suited to someone who wants to compete jumping Or even someone who wants to hunt as hunted a season before. He's good to catch comes to call. Good to groom, and tack up. Can be a little funny with his ears when putting bridle on but all he does is put his head a little high up, when you ask him to bring it down he does. Good to pick up all 4 hooves, will hack out alone or in company and doesn't bat an eye lid. Good in big open spaces and is very responsive, snaffle mouthed. Isn't a kick along but isn't strong at the same time. Would be amazing for someone who is wanting to do a bit of everything. Good with traffic. Unfortunately we've had to deal with cars speeding by and he doesn't care and stood still, I was definately more on edge than him! Good with other horses. School him in a field often as I don't have access to a school and I can ride him on the buckle and he doesn't try and take advantage, same out hacking. He's getting better doing gates every ride. And will stand while I'm hanging off the side of him to do them. Also good to get on and off him whilst out hacking. Will stand and just take it all in his stride. He's good with other animals around him and I ride and lead with him often. He honestly does have a temperament to die for! Unfortunately don't have as much time as I'd like to carry on doing him the justice this goergous boy needs. He's a very sweet loving, cuddly pony who only deserves a long term home where he'll be loved He's a registered D with a green passport I will only be selling this boy to the best home and I don't mind how long it takes to do so. Are you looking for a horse you can spend time with on the ground, I am looking for someone to come and spend time with my horse who is happy not to ride him. More of a companion type of role. I have three horses and millions has a lovely person who loves to spend time with him, grooming, taking for a walk, taking to the yard and just getting to know him. Sadly she is moving away so i am looking for a replacement wonder person. I prefer him not to be ridden due to a previous leg injury but over time im sure he will be back in the saddle with the right rider. There could be the opportunity to have the odd ride on one of my other horses however i am really looking for someone who just likes spending time outdoors with horses, doesn't mind the rain or mud. Perhaps is into natural horsemanship or who would just be happy to be a friend to him.
