Chestnut Welsh Section B

Pillheath Santana (aka Bruno for short) is a 4 year old Welsh pony Section B Gelding standing 13hh and registered. He is the first to come out of the field, very friendly and inquisitive. He is turned out year round and has a good winter coat. He will come with his rain and cold weather turnout rug but will need a new thick winter turnout rug. He is happy when the farrier visits him and loves a good brush. Bruno respects fences and is not skittish of cars, but doesnt like little yapping dogs to much. He has a friendly personality, is very affectionate and likes shiny things, if you have a shiny zip on your jacket he will grab it with his lips and give it a pull. He is a little cheeky too and will play with you in the field if you want to chase him or you have apples he will give you nudges, he has a big endearing personality. Bruno was bought as a project for my wife so that she could train him further and advance her skills, however after having him a week, we found out we were expecting and have been trying to juggle having the horses, but we have had to be realistic and feel they deserve a home where they can get some more attention. Bruno is excellent on a lead rein, he will match your pace as you walk. Even if you get him up to a trot he will match the speed you can do. Welsh Section B 3YO Filly

Beautiful grey Welsh Section B filly, Greigiau Spring Morning Rose is by Hilin Goya and out of Penwood Rose Hip. This is a sad genuine sale we have had this pony for around 6 months, we have progressed a lot in that time as she was pretty much unhandled. I just have to make the right call as to what is best for her and my children. She was bought to be a lead rein pony however I think she will be too quirky for my daughter who is only 3. She absolutely adores my eldest and follows her everywhere but she needs time and one to one to build up trust, then I think she will let you do anything. She has been bitted and tacked up and very lightly lunged. We can pick up all for feet and brush all over - something we couldn't do when she first came she was too scared. I think she will be perfect for slightly older children and for someone who has the time to work with her, she will give it back tenfold. She is a very honest pony but with another youngster and 2 small children I don't have the time to be consistent with her and I believe that is the key. SURPRISE is a gorgeous Welsh Section B liver chestnut mare. 12.2hh, 13 years old. She is a lovely forward pony who would excel at mounted games, pony club and show jumping. I bought this lovely mare for myself to have some fun on and go show jumping but feel that she would be better suited to a confident rider who would like to take her on the show circuit, something that i just don't have time to do and i really need to concentrate of my competition mare. She has 3 amazing paces, is soft in the mouth, loves jumping, is good to load, with the farrier but can sometimes be stubborn to catch in the field. She normally gives in after a few minutes. She lives out in a mixed herd and is happy living in or out. Can be viewed nr Treuddyn, Mold. First to see will buy this lovely pony. ono without tack.

12.2hh Welsh Section B liver chestnut mare 10 years old. This is a cracking little pony looking for a pony club / mounted games / showing or showjumping home. This pony is quick and can turn on a sixpence, she has an enormous jump and is not phased by fillers or coloured poles etc. A very pretty little mare with a great presence about her and very keen to please. Great to catch, load, farrier etc. We've not clipped her but I'm sure she'd be fine. She is currently barefoot as she hasn't done much recently. Vaccinations and teeth up to date. Great to hack, goes first or last, good in traffic. Sadly we do not have a small enough rider for her so she is being wasted in the field but I'm sure she would excel in any discipline. She is a bit green and would benefit from some time and patience and she responds well to a calm kind hand.
