I am a freelance secretary offering a flexible and convenient service for small businesses or individual support. Using the services of a freelance secretary can be cheaper for small businesses if you only need a small amount of administration support on the odd occasions. No need to use a temping agency and pay for a minimum of set hours or take the costly route of employing a member of staff. For individual support you can have me visit in your chosen surroundings. These visits may be to help with general correspondence or even writing out your Christmas cards! Some of the usual tasks I undertake are typing, transcription, minute taking but I also help maintain diaries, type up memoirs, phone cover and data inputting. The list is not exhaustive so please do not hesitate to discuss other options with me. I generally work from home but will be happy to discuss coming to your premises for short periods. I charge a fee of £ per hour for general administration work which you will find comparable to other freelance secretaries. You may find some cheaper and you will certainly find some more expensive.
