Searching for a dry lot or track system for my gelding Leeds

Does anyone know of a livery with a dry lot. Or know of someone who has land and has an area that can be used as a dry lot or even as a track? My horse has PSSM and needs to be off grass for his own welfare. I do not want him to be restricted to being stabled so I am searching for the correct turnout to enable him to have a hay only diet but to also get his required excercise, time to socialise and be a horse.
