Seagull outboard it has Recoil starting so there is no need to keep wrapping the cord around the Flywheel everytime you want to start the engine,,there is a new spark plug and cap,it has a Long Range Plastic fuel tank with a new fuel tap,it has a Clutch,i dont know the exact hp but i would imagine it is 3 - 4hp,fresh oil in the Gearbox,it has a problem with the throttle the cable appears to be very loose so it could be just a new cable is required the cable and has no impact on the lever when moved it does run fine so if you are mechanically minded this could be an easy fix the asking price reflects this minor issue but it starts and pumps loads of water it has been converted to run on 25:1 petrol mix can be seen running.Seagulls go on for ever unlike some of the newer outboards.
