Seagull outboard it has Recoil starting so there is no need to keep wrapping the cord around the Flywheel everytime you want to start the engine,,there is a new spark plug and cap,it has a Long Range Plastic fuel tank with a new fuel tap,it has a Clutch,i dont know the exact hp but i would imagine it is 3 - 4hp,fresh oil in the Gearbox,it has a problem with the throttle the cable appears to be very loose so it could be just a new cable is required the cable and has no impact on the lever when moved it does run fine so if you are mechanically minded this could be an easy fix the asking price reflects this minor issue but it starts and pumps loads of water it has been converted to run on 25:1 petrol mix can be seen running.Seagulls go on for ever unlike some of the newer outboards. Needs a bit of TLC to make it look great again (price reflects this). Ran perfectly last year, after which it was stored over winter however due to work and other commitments I haven't been able to use it hence the sad sale of this wonderful piece of British engineering and history. Runs on two stroke petrol (not included unfortunately) single cylinder air cooled pushing around 2.5/3 hp plenty for a dingy or keel boat as a backup motor. This also has a plastic fuel tank rather than the metal one as its more weather resistant and will last longer with less maintenance.
