I recently cleaned the magneto points & carburettor and put in fresh fuel & oil mixture and it started up. It needs repair or replacement of the throttle lever (a temporary fix has been made), replacement of propeller split-pin, and it has surface corrosion. It comes with a sturdy mounting bracket. Vintage Classic British Seagull Outboard 2 stroke engine in good running order. Not sure of horse power but used it on a 10ft dinghy on the Norfolk Broads with no problems. Petrol & 2 stroke oil mix 25 to 1. Cosmetically not great looking but mechanically pretty sound. Have seen these engines go for more than £70 in worse condition.
