The mic' is low impedance which means it suits a rig that typically includes pedals, splitters etc and provides an added benefit of reducing or even muting an amp that is subject to hum. Dynamic mic's are also practically bulletproof while providing a microphone that is rich in tone and performance. The harmonic response and sensitivity is similar to the ceramic element. The microphone's size and shape provides a durable design which is as long as your thumb and therefore fits neatly in your hand and pocket. It is a perfect size for getting a really good seal for amplified harmonica playing which is much easier than with a larger bullet mic.
