I'm a freelancer working and living in London keen to hack out once or twice a month, perhaps more work permitting. I've been riding on and off all my life, and would describe myself as an intermediate. I'm looking for a safe, quiet hack ideally with little or no roadwork and I'm happy to travel 45mins from my home in Lewisham, SE London. I'm obviously happy to pay for this and take on some stable duties. I am a mature, sensible rider with a love of both horses and the countryside and can provide references if required. hh chestnut gelding. 17 years old. For sale through no fault of his own, selling on behalf of someone due to their personal circumstances! This horse is an absolute gem to own, look after, handle, ride and be around. His temperament is amazing, he's turned out in a mixed field, living out 24/7 at the moment and seems to do better living out with 24/7 grazing and hay. He's been out of work for a while but has now been bought back into work and has not put a foot wrong. He's been owned by 2 novices, 1 home being their first horse after loaning for a year, he took them round cross country, showjumping coming home with placing and hacking ect. The other home didn't really do anything but walk and trot and some hacking then he was left to his own devices due to their confidence. He's now being ridden by myself and my 12 year old sister, carries himself in a natural stunning outline wit 3 floaty paces and a bold jump. He's very willing to work and loves a fuss. He has been competed British eventing but I've not seen his record but I can try and find it. He's 100% to travel, farrier, vet, dentist ect. Loading into a 7.5ton lorry isn't a problem, a 3.5ton and trailer her likes to stand and have a look before walking in. He's been to the beach, bonfleur, showjumping ect. Has been hacking on his own an in company. His teeth haven't long been done, his backs been checked. His saddle is fitted. This horse is priced to sell with his tack and full wardrobe.
