I have a practice room in Manchester City centre in the Northern Quarter. Wedge Pierobon C £110 Yamaha Custom 14C4-GP £40 Schilke Kelly Screamer £15 Schilke 14C4 £45 (new, not pictured) A word on Wedge Pierobon by its maker Dr Dave following my fitting survey (I have now ended up going up a size up to Wedge 3C): Based on your responses I would suggest trying mouthpiece slightly larger than the Bach 7C with the rim that has a softer contour, and a cup that is a little shallower than 7C but not as shallow as the 3C. Many players don't realize that the Bach 3C cup is actually quite shallow compared to the 7C. The mouthpiece I have in mind is a Pierobon C. It has a very comfortable cushion rim and is sort of a hybrid in terms of size between the 3C and 7C. You should find that it produces an improvement in range and endurance and bitter comfort. I would suggest getting it with the 27 throat. Ad ID:

John Packer Bb/A Piccolo Trumpet with Schilke mouthpiece

Excellent sounding John Packer piccolo trumpet (JP154) ideal for those who are either new to the pic or experienced players that don’t want to spend thousands. This trumpet retails at £ - see John Packer website It’s a rotary version, yellow brass in colour with an almost new appearance (just a few black blemishes - shown in pictures). It comes will all 4 leadpipes (only 3 shown in pics as 4th is in the trumpet) plus I will include a Schilke 11AX mouthpiece (worth around £50) and cornet to trumpet mouthpiece adapter (worth around £15) which i find produce the lovely sound a pic should. The case looks like new and has no marks on it (that i can see) and the straps are unused. Reason for sale- unfortunately due to having a young family my quintet and orchestral playing days have gone (for the time being). It has very little wear to the lacquer finish, I have looked all over it and i have found a few very small dents, the slide is also in excellent condition and has no dents and has very little wear on the inner slide, comes complete with tuning slide and an extra mouth piece which is marked Holton 181, also in the case is a bottle of Holton valve oil and a bottle of Holton slide oil.
